Add Touchcric to your phone's home screen and the match list opens from the icon, with no address to type. On an Android TV, the Touchcric TV app goes on with a code. The guides below show the steps.
Touchcric, in short
Touchcric is a free website for watching live cricket on a phone. The month's matches are the tiles above; a tap opens the player, with no account and nothing downloaded.
On a phone
Any Android phone or iPhone plays a match in its browser. The Android guide and the iPhone guide add a full-screen icon and go through the settings that matter during a match: rotation lock, screen timeout and Auto-Lock.
The matches
Six channels a month, one per fixture: Tests, ODIs, T20Is and T20 leagues. Each match page lists the games with dates and grounds, and a start time wherever one has been published.
On a TV
An Android TV or Google TV takes the Touchcric TV app: Simple Downloader and the code 731731 install it, and the matches come up as a list for the remote. Other sets need no app. A Fire TV, Samsung or LG set opens touchcric.is in its own browser; an Android phone casts the playing match with Screen cast (Smart View on a Samsung), and an iPhone mirrors to an Apple TV from Control Centre. The TV guide has the steps for each.
When the player stays black
The video is a third-party embed, so Touchcric has no way of knowing whether a stream is up. Before and after a match the box is black, and that is normal. During play, the reload link on the match page is the first thing to try. Still black? Email touchcric@protonmail.com and say which match.
